Working principle of TPH400 plunger pump
Piston pump is a common hydraulic pump widely used in high-pressure, high flow, and flow regulation applications. The working principle of TPH400 plunger pump is similar to other plunger pumps, mainly relying on the reciprocating motion of the plunger in the cylinder body to achieve the process of oil suction and pressure. The following is a detailed explanation of the working principle of the TPH400 plunger pump:

1. Basic structure
The TPH400 plunger pump is mainly composed of the following parts:

Piston: It moves back and forth in the cylinder body to achieve the suction and discharge of liquid.
Cylinder body: The plunger moves back and forth within it.
Oil distribution tray: controls the suction and discharge of liquids.
Tilt plate: Adjust the displacement of the pump by changing the inclination angle.
Drive shaft: drives the cylinder body to rotate.
2. Working process
Inhalation process:

When the plunger is pulled out, the pressure inside the working chamber decreases and the outlet valve closes.
Due to the inlet pressure being higher than the working chamber pressure, the inlet valve opens and the liquid enters the working chamber.
Discharge process:

When the plunger is pushed inward, the pressure inside the working chamber increases and the inlet valve closes.
Due to the outlet pressure being lower than the working pressure, the outlet valve opens and the liquid is discharged.
The function of the inclined plate:

By changing the inclination angle of the inclined plate, the stroke of the plunger can be adjusted, thereby changing the displacement of the pump.
Variable mechanism is used to change the inclination angle of the inclined plate to achieve flow regulation.
3. Advantages
High rated pressure: suitable for high-pressure applications.
Compact structure: takes up little space.
High efficiency: High energy conversion efficiency.
Convenient flow regulation: Flow regulation can be achieved by changing the inclination angle of the inclined plate.
