Annular BOP:
The structure is divided into an annular blowout preventer with a spherical plastic core, an annular blowout preventer with a tapered plastic core, and a blowout preventer with a tube-shaped plastic core. Annular BOP top cap and housing are connected by bolts or claw blocks.

Working Principle:

When wells must be sealed in case of kicks high pressure (10.5Mpa) oil from control systems enters into close-cavity under piston from housing oil outlet, to promote plastic core moving upward along ball surface, so that bearing tendons move closer to each other to move the rubber between them to the center of wellhead so as to seal drilling tools or fully seal wellhead. In the opening, hydraulic pressure oil enters into the open cavity above the piston from the housing inlet, to push the piston moving downwards, so that plastic will reset with its own elasticity, wellhead will be open.

RAM BOP:
The ram blowout preventer is one of the key elements of the well control system. Itis mainly used to control the well head pressure during such operations as drilling,downhole operations, servicing, and oil testing to prevent any blowout hazardeffectively and ensure safe operations. Specifically, the FZ18-35/2FZ18-35 ramblowout preventer can perform the following operations:

1.When there is a pipe string in a well, the circular space between the casing andthe pipe string could be sealed with pipe rams or variable diameter rams withmatched specifications.
2.When there isn’t a pipe string in a well, the wellhead could be shut off completelywith blind rams.
3.In cases of emergency, the pipe string can be cut by cutting the drill pipe to sealthe wellhead completely.
4.After the well has been sealed, such special operations as mud circulation,choking, killing, and well washing can be performed through a pipe manifold for wellkilling and choking connected to the spool and side outlet of the body.
5.When used together with the pipe manifold for choking and killing, it can controlthe well pressure effectively and achieve near-balance well-killing operations.
