Product Description

TRCS Series mud desander is used as the 2nd stage of solids control for drilling fluids, which makes separations between 45 and 75 μm. Our Desander uses centrifugal pump to supply mud, then the mud enters into hydrocyclone along tangent of cyclone, and the mud’s structure was crushed under the action of centrifugal force. Under the action of gravity, solid particles along the inner wall submerge spirally and is disboarded from the bottom of cyclone then falls on the following shale shaker, liquid was discharged from the top of the cyclone.
TRCS series desander overcomes the shortcomings of the original desanding process. It is made up of inlet pipe, desanding hydrocyclone, underflow shaker and discharge port.
