Bw850/5 Mud Pump/850 Mud Pump for Oilfield

Description

Purpose: BW-850/2 mud pump, used for injecting flushing fluid into the hole during geological drilling, and used in conjunction with large-diameter drilling rigs at depths of 200-600 meters to improve drilling efficiency and quality.

Institutional features: Mud pump, a horizontal double cylinder double acting reciprocating piston pump. The structure is simple, compact, easy to variable, lightweight, high pressure, long service life of vulnerable parts, and easy to operate.
The displacement is calculated as several liters per minute, which is related to the diameter of the borehole and the required rate of flushing fluid returning from the bottom of the borehole. That is, the larger the aperture, the greater the required displacement.
The upward velocity of the flushing fluid is required to timely flush the rock debris and powder cut by the drill bit away from the bottom of the hole and reliably carry them to the surface. When drilling geological rock cores, the upward velocity is generally around 0.4-1.0 meters per minute.
