Crown Block<\/strong><\/p>\n

Crown Block is a fixed pulley block installed on the top<\/span><\/div>\n
of the derrick and is one of the important components<\/span><\/div>\n
of the drilling rig lifting system.It is connected traveling<\/span><\/div>\n
block with wire line to form a pulley system,which<\/span><\/div>\n
can greatly reduce the tension of the fast rope, thus<\/span><\/div>\n
greatly reducing the load of the drilling rig draw<\/span><\/div>\n
works in various drilling operations (trip,running<\/span><\/div>\n
casing,drilling,hang drilling tool), and reducing the<\/span><\/div>\n
power of the engine group<\/span><\/div>\n

  1. The crown block is designed and manufactured in accordance with API4F and 8C standard, and have the right to use API symbol.<\/li>\n
  2. Standard meets SY\/T5527 requirements.<\/li>\n
  3. After quenching pulley groove is anti-abrasive and has long service life.<\/li>\n
  4. Stick and groove for rope will prevent wireline from drop out.<\/li>\n
  5. Equipped with anti-collision cushion board and protective screening.<\/li>\n
  6. Lifting plate for maintenance of crown block.<\/li>\n
  7. Sand pulley and subsidiary assembly pulley shall deploy according to customers requirements.<\/li>\n
  8. Pulley and bearing of Crown block can interchange with allied travelling block.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
