In neutral position,<\/span><br \/>\n<span>both 3-way side valves exhaust both delivery lines. A<\/span><br \/>\n<span>movement of 10 degrees either side of center position<\/span><br \/>\n<span>opens the appropriate side valve and directs<\/span><br \/>\n<span>pressure to the indicated outlet port.
