The mud pump piston assembly is one of the main parts of the hydraulic end system of the mud pump.The discharge pressure of the mud pump is generated by reciprocating linear motion of the piston assembly in the piston.Piston assembly by the piston core, rubber, spring, pressure plate, etc.<\/p>\n

Our mud pump pistons are strictly manufactured according to API Standard, which with a high performance in various well drilling environment. The hub is forged from high quality steel, and the piston rubber is made from specially formulated compounds which are of heat, oil and water resistance. It is interchangeable with all other API standard designed pistons. And the valve rubber is easy to install.<\/p>\n

Pistons with Replacement Rubbers<\/span><\/strong>
\nThis kind pistons are conform with API Standard and has very good performance in various drilling conditions. The piston hub is processed with premium forging steel. The piston rubber is made from specially formulated compounds which are resistant to the effects of heat, oil and water. The multi-ply fabric reinforced backings used in the production of the piston rubbers has high tensile strength, chemical products resistance, wear resistance \u00a0and has long service life. This kind of piston can be interchangeable with other pistons that manufactured according to API Standard.
\nBonded Polyurethane Pistons<\/span><\/strong>
\nThis kind piston is to vulcanize the piston rubber on the piston hub directly, no need to use plates and snap rings, it suite to all kinds of mud especially suit to used on high pressure jet drilling and ceramic\u00a0liners with long service life. It can be interchangeable with other pistons that manufactured according to API Standard.
\nBonded Rubber Pistons
\nThis kind of piston is made of special nitrile rubber which has a good performance of heat resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, suite to use in the working condition of high pressure, long stroke etc, especially suite to use on the liner that has a certain abrasion.
