Mud Tank manufactured by our company is devided into Square tank and Cone-shaped tank according to the shape of tank bottom. The body of the tank is made of welding the steel plate and section, using the flat cone-shape structure or the corrugated structure. The tank surface and the passage are made of the slipping resistant steel plate and linearity netted steel plate which is produced by the professional factory, they are made of the side steel pipe, all of the structure can be folded without barrier and pegged reliably. The surface of tank is equipped with water pipeline for cleaning the surface and equipment on the tank, we use soaked zinc processing for the netted steel plate. The ladder is made of the channel steel to take responsibility the body, the footboard is made of the linearity netted steel plate. The two-sided guard rail are installed the safe suspension hook. 2. The solids control equipments are rationally distributed,and up to five stages purification(rough screening,degas,desand,desilt and centrifugation),and optimum the performance of the mud.<\/span>
3.With the zinc-coated steel grating,the tank level isfine-looking, portable,corrosion-resistant,and so on.<\/span>
4.The tank bodys are connected by pneumatic tyre unions and glass steel tubes,so they have the advantages of fine-looking,installation easily,reliable seel,and so on.<\/span>
5.The tank body has a big capacity,usable capacity is up to 300m3.<\/span>
6.The water supply is automatic control,and every tank or compartment can be supplied water at the same time.<\/span>
7. Used ocean specialized paint for corrosion protection and well.<\/span><\/p>\n
