API Tubing and its coupling made and checked in the company are in full accordance with API Spec 5CT<\/strong>.In the mean time, the product was authorized to use API Spec 5 CT monogram.
The kinds of the tubing made in the company are as follows: 2 3\/8in, 2 7\/8in and 3 1\/2in NU and EU tubing of J55, K55,N80 ,L80 and P110 steel grade. After upsetting, the tubing endures full-length heat treatments. The heat treatment procedure is controlled by computers. Tubing production capacity is 100,000 ton per year and the upsetting and heat treatment capacity is30,000 ton per year.
With a perfect management system for tubing quality, the company got ISO9001 quality system certificate from Classification Society of China and got ISO9001 quality system certificate from API.Tubing and its coupling is one of main products to be covered with the quality system. In the mean time, the product was also authorized to use API Spec 5 CT monogram. The product is stable and reliable in quality, characteristic data are in accordance with the requirement of API Spec 5 CT specification for Casing and Tubing and API Std.5B Specification for Machining, Measurement.
