Bi-metal Liners<\/strong>The bi-metal liner is composed of two layers and fixed tightly. The outer sleeve is forged steel with abrasion resistance, it adapts the technology of centrigugal forging;  the inner sleeve is high chromium iron with wear&corrosion resistance, after heat treatment, the hardness of it can reach to a lever of 62 RC.
The bi-metal liners produced by us strictly control the tolerance, assure the easy installation, inner sleeve is highly polished with abrasion&corrosive resistance, can used in various bad working environment with longer service life.
Liner Outer Sleeve: 45#forged steel, tensile strength is \u03c3b>610MPa, yield strength is \u03c3s>450MPa, ,elongation hardness is \u00a7>17%,hardness is HRC180-200
Liner Inner Sleeve: high chromium cast iron (centrifugal forged). Annealing hardness is HRC\u226440. Quenching hardness is HRC59-67
Chemical Composition:C 2.8%-3.1%   Cr 26%-28%  Si 0.6%-0.9%           Mn 0.5%-1%        Mo 0.5%-0.8%   S , P <0.05%;
Ceramic Liners<\/strong>
The ceramic liner is composed of two layers and fixed tightly. The outer sleeve is forged steel with abrasion resistance, the inner sleeve is ceramic.
The ceramic liner seems expensive but actually cut the cost of running mud pumps. Our ceramic liners are proved has a service life of 4000 hours.
Chromium-plated Liners<\/strong>
The chorme-plated liner is made from premium forged steel with the bore plated by chrome. the hardness is 58-62HRC.
Material is 45#forged steel, tensile strength is \u03c3b>610MPa, yield strength is \u03c3s>450MPa, ,elongation hardness is \u00a7>17%,hardness is HRC180-200.(the hardness of the casted outer sleeve is HRC160-200 )
High Frequency Quenching Liners<\/strong>
The high frequency quenching liner is suitable to use in the condition of mild corrosive mud.
The liners are hardened and heat treated under strict quality control, the hardness can reach to a level of 60HRC.
The inner sleeve is highly polished, abrasion&corrosion resistance, thus have a long service life.
